Technical Support Request Guide

What software are you running?

Describe precisely which DEI products and components you are using.

DEI Product: Select which product line is running on the client and on the server. Then select which component you are using or which is causing problems. JavaScript must be enabled in your browser.
Version & Platform: For both the client and server, provide the version number and platform of the specific component being used.
Component IDs: For both the client and server, provide the complete component ID string for the specific component being used.

NOTE: The component version is not the same as the product or package version. See tech note 0001, "Identifying Software Versions", for instructions on finding component version information.
