Can you reproduce the problem?

In order to best assist you, we need to determine the exact circumstances under which the problem is occurring.
Exact Sequence of Steps
Describe exactly what you do to trigger the problem.  Include the exact text of any command lines.  Note any non-default configurations you may have for the client or server.  For graphical applications, describe the exact sequence of button presses and typing from launch to problem.  In order to best assist you, we need to see the problem for ourselves.
Conditions Which do not Trigger the Problem
If you can get the software to work as expected under different conditions, or by following different steps, note the differences here.
