If you are seeing an error message, copy the complete and exact text here.  Do not summarize, do not leave anything out.
Source of Error Message
Exactly where did the message come from?  Please distinguish messages generated by DEI software from those generated by your operating system or third-party software.
Do you have?
If possible, you should preserve a screen shot of the error message, along with any relevant log files.  Check off which of these you have available.  A DEI technician may request these later.
