Included Support

DEI software purchases come with one year of support services.  This includes telephone and online technical support, bug fixes, and software updates.  Please refer to your Software License Agreement for details.

Renewing Support

You may extend your access to technical support and the latest software versions by purchasing a support renewal.  The fee for one year of support renewal is one quarter of the new-purchase price then in effect.
