Resuming an Interrupted Download
MTPexpedat allows interrupted downloads to be resumed from where they left off. It does this by creating certain temporary files and checkpoints in the destination directory to keep track of the download's progress.
If you move or rename these ".TMP or ".CHK" files or you will lose the ability to resume the download.
You can resume a download by repeating the Get of a file with the same name into the same local directory. MTPexpedat will then ask you if you wish to resume, start over, or cancel. If you choose to overwrite the existing data and start over, the previously saved data will be immediately erased.
Resuming a download should only be done if you are confident that the source file has not changed since the previous download attempt. Resuming a download after a file has changed may result in corrupted data.
Note that Packages cannot be resumed once interrupted.
